Symposia programs are planned and conducted by the corporate community in conjunction with the AHRA Annual Meeting. The program content and product information are the sole responsibility of the corporate supporter. Education Symposia are well attended and are offered during times that are unopposed to exhibitors or sessions.

• 1-hour educational symposium at the AHRA Annual Meeting
• Only AHRA exhibitors are eligible to host symposium
• Sponsor to develop content and provide speaker; CE credit may be offered if content is non-commercial

• Expenses and arrangement of food and beverage are required and will be the responsibility of the sponsor

Ensure your ideas and concepts are vetted by industry professionals through a Focus Group made up of AHRA members. Sponsorship includes private meeting space, meter board in exhibit hall and a dedicated email to a subset of AHRA members. Sponsor to provide focus group content, stipend as a thank you to participants. Food & beverage and audio visual are a separate cost and are not included in this sponsorship offering.

Recommended size is 10-12 focus group members.

Host a twenty (20) minute presentation that will take place in the theater on the Gathering Place Floor (exhibit hall). Take advantage of the opportunity to share your expertise with attendees in educational session format.

Sponsors may select one of the breakout sessions. Sponsor’s logo will appear in the pocket guide and the walk-in slide. Sponsor will be able to introduce speaker(s) and can provide a brief one- to two-minute company overview.

Script must be provided in advance for review, to ensure overview is not a sales pitch and meets continuing education standards.

Note that all events or activities planned by exhibiting companies must be pre-approved by AHRA.

AHRA has allocated blocks of time within the AHRA 2027 program where exhibitors may book meeting space for internal or hosted events so as not to conflict with official conference events or programming as noted in the exhibitor contract. All meeting space is at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.

Events are defined as:

• Internal Meeting (No AHRA Attendees Invited)
• Hosted Meeting (AHRA Attendees Invited)
• Meeting Space requests may not conflict with official conference functions
• All meeting space at the Center and hotels is contractually controlled by AHRA during the annual meeting
• All calls to the hotel will be directed to AHRA
• Hosted events cannot be marketed broadly by the exhibitor if the approved hours conflict with official Conference functions
• All expenses associated with approved events are the responsibility of the exhibitor, including but not limited to furnishings, food and beverage, audio visual, etc.
