##### Booth Pricing

Larger spaces may be accommodated based on available space.

#### Inclusions

- Listing in the online exhibitor directory – before and after AHRA 2027
- Company name and description in Mobile App Exhibitor Directory
- Exhibitor badges – 4 per 10x10 sq ft of exhibit booth space
- 8' high backwall drape & 3' high sidewalls drape (linear booths only)
- Identification sign with company name and booth number
- 24-hour perimeter security services
- Post-show attendee mailing list (upon completion of Post-Event Survey)
- Ability to rent one time use pre-show opt-in attendee mailing list ($1000)
- Priority Points towards 2028 anticipated onsite space selection

### Island Booth (4 booths or more with 4 corners)

$33 per square foot + corner fees ($1,200)

### Standard Booth

$32 per square foot ($3,200 for a 10x10)

### Corner Fee Upgrade

$300 per corner (AHRA does not permit endcaps when selecting space)

### Exhibitor Badge Allotment

4 per 10x10 space contracted
